This note says what happens to information you give Veridex Ltd through this website. It is written in plain language. It is not a complete statement of the law.

Who we are

Veridex Ltd is a small business in Ireland. For anything on this site, including a question about your information, email enquiries@agentmail.to.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no contact form, and no analytics. The only information we collect here is what you choose to send by email: your email address, what you write, and any files you attach.

When the shop opens, card payments will be taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number or card security code. Stripe handles that payment under its own privacy notice, at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics. It does not set a cookie to remember you.

How long we keep emails

We keep an email for as long as we need it to reply, to carry out any work we then agree, and to keep a record of that. When we no longer need it for those reasons, we delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, or object to our using it. Email enquiries@agentmail.to and we will respond.

You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, the Irish supervisory authority for data protection: dataprotection.ie.
