These terms cover use of this website, run by Veridex Ltd in Ireland. Questions go to enquiries@agentmail.to. How we handle email is set out in the privacy note.

Using this site

You may read these pages and email us. Please do not try to disrupt the site, or use it to send anything unlawful.

The pages are general information. They are not a promise that we will take on a particular piece of work, or that a product is for sale. IT support and automation are agreed separately, in writing, before that work starts. You pay for the work done. There is no contract or monthly fee. Prices shown on the IT page are a guide until we confirm them with you. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies.

The site is provided as it is. We take care with what we publish, and we correct mistakes when we know about them.

Shop terms

To be finalised before the shop opens. Nothing on the 3D printed products page is for sale yet. The points below are a placeholder for the terms of sale, not terms you can rely on today.

• Delivery: how items are sent within Ireland, and anywhere else we later choose to post to, including the cost and an estimate of time.
• Returns: how to send an item back, and who pays for that postage.
• Cooling-off: for online purchases by consumers, the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.
• Refunds: money returned by the original payment method. Card payments will be taken by Stripe. We do not see card details.

Those points will be written out in full, and this notice removed, before the shop opens.
